Morning Smoothie For One

When it comes to smoothies, typically I just throw things into the blender, but I decided I would measure it out for you today to ensure you get that perfect smoothie for one! This smoothie has strawberries, mango, banana and a splash of pineapple juice! Yum!

Summer Salad + Apple Cider Vinaigrette

I am so excited to share an incredibly simple and delicious salad with you guys! The dressing has the best tang, and you get all the benefits of the apple cider vinegar which is a huge plus. I have been throwing this together for lunch quite a bit, and sometimes stick to just the veggies to keep it simple. You could easily add in shrimp, salmon, or chicken and it would be delicious!
