Morning Smoothie For One
When it comes to smoothies, typically I just throw things into the blender. This morning, I decided I would measure my favorite recipe out for you to ensure you get that perfect smoothie for one! This smoothie has strawberries, mango, banana and a splash of pineapple juice! Yum!
I love to start my mornings with a smoothie, because it is a quick way to get fruits and veggies into your body. Ever since I have started working from home, it has been tough to nail down a daily routine. It is easy to just stay in your pajamas and head to the computer… but, I have learned that when I follow a morning routine, I am more productive.
Here is my routine lately :
I love to wake up, and have a cup of coffee while I do my morning devotional. Then, I get myself dressed for the day and make a smoothie and some breakfast before sitting down at the computer for work! Have you set a morning routine for yourself?
INGREDIENTS
Makes 1 Smoothie
1/3 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 small banana
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1 cup milk of choice
INSTRUCTIONS
Add everything into the blender, and blend it up! Easy peasy!
You can also add in a handful of baby spinach, or a spoonful of your favorite collagen powder.
